Terms & Conditions
We are committed to ensuring that the safety, welfare and wellbeing of children is maintained at all times during their participation in the Clinic. We will promote a safe environment for all participants. The Clinic will comply with all legal obligations under Child Protection Legislation.
Risk
A risk waiver will be sent to you with the following terms & conditions:
1. I am the Mother/Father/Guardian/Carer of the Player.
2. I am fully aware of the potential risks and hazards in the activities connected with the Player’s participation in the Tim Cahill Soccer Clinic (“Clinic”). I am aware that such activities include the risk of injury. With this knowledge, I give consent to the Player participating in the Clinic.
3. The Clinic is owned and operated by Tim Cahill Football Academy Australia Pty Ltd ACN 135 286 154 on behalf of the Tim Cahill Coaching Clinics Trust. Neither that Company, nor the Trust, nor any directors, coaches, employees, volunteers or helpers (“Management Team”) will be liable for any claims, damages, injury or other liability that may be suffered by the Player during the course of the Clinic, irrespective of how that may have arisen.
4. The Management Team will not be liable for any loss or damage to property owned by the Player (or the Parent/Guardian/Carer) during the course of the Player’s engagement in the Clinic.
5. I indemnify the Management Team against all claims, damages or other liability it incurs as a result of any injury suffered by the Player or any loss or damage to property owned by the Player during the course of the Clinic.”
6. Reasonable care will be taken by the Player at all times during the Clinic.
7. The medical information that I have provided about the Player is correct and I have advised the Management Team of any medical condition affecting the Player. If the Player is on medication then it is my responsibility to ensure that the Player takes the medication during the Clinic.
8. I have read and understood the above terms and that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent and the information that I have provided is true and accurate.
9. I give permission for my child to be filmed or photographed at the Clinic and for that material then to be used for this website, any promotional purposes of the Clinic and by any sponsor.
Payment
The Tim Cahill Coaching Clinic follows a strict ‘no refund’ policy. All payments are final, non-refundable and non-transferable (for any reason).
I hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by this policy.

Privacy
You give us permission to use any personal information that you supply to us for any of the following purposes:
1. To assist us in conducting the Clinics and in the promotion of them;
2. To give to various product suppliers;
3. To give to any sponsors.
